BLUE APPLE EVENT CENTER - FACILITY OVERVIEW
CAPACITY
The Blue Apple Event Center can accommodate events with up to 250 guests. In addition to seating, the facility provides room for presentations, displays, ceremonies, dancing, etc. We can acommodate most anything you wish to have hosted. Your Event Coordinator can help you with determining suitable accommodations. When working with your Event Coordinator be sure to state all your needs and expectations. That way we can best prepare to serve you to your satisfaction.
FOOD SERVICES
Our delicious food is served buffet style unless you contract for other serving arrangements. While we offer suggestions on our MENU page, please be assurred the entire Dos Margaritas menu is available to you for your event. Please ask your Event Coordinator for details on our food options.
BAR SERVICES
The Blue Apple Event Center maintains a full service bar, including a fully trained bartender. Bar Services packages are available ranging from a Cash Only Bar arrangement to pre-paid bar services wth costs included in your contract. Ask your Event Coordinator for details. Please be certain you understand the arrangements prior to your event.
BAND STAGE
The Blue Apple Event Center is equipped with a Bandstand - Stage large enough to accommodate most bands. Sound equipment is available for meetings, presentations, ceremonies, and other speaker arrangements. Some lighting, strobes and video equipment is available. For events requiring lighting or video, or for parties and events involving music, a band or DJ, please speak with your Event Coordinator to determine requirements and arrangements that will best meet your needs.
